Food parcels handed out to people in need

The Uniting Reformed Church in Southern Africa and the Christian Women’s Ministries (CWM) handed out food parcels over the past weekend to people in need in the Wesselton area.

This initiative is called Cluster 4: Social Responsibility Project and about 20 food parcels were handed out to the disability centre in Wesselton and to 18 families in need.

The centre is home to orphaned children as well as people with disabilities.

They thanked Cassim Motors and Cassim Hardware for the donation of R2 000 towards the project.
